STUDENT LEADERSHIP

Our school has just started a school Student Leadership Council. 4th and 5th graders will represent their school with the goal of providing a student voice in efforts to improve our school.

BUILDING A LIBRARY AT HOME

Students become great readers by reading every day. Parents are strongly advised that students be provided books at home. Our new standards require that our students read fiction and non fiction books at their grade level. Our school will hold a Book Fair from November 14-18. Begin building their reading library with books from the Book Fair or visit the public library weekly. Students need to read for pleasure daily.
